1) Log in to your account and click your profile in the top right corner
2) Select ‘My Documents’ from the drop-down menu
3) Select the document type and the dates from the pulldown menu, then click ‘Search’
4) Check the box on the document(s) you’d like to download or email(*)
5) Click ‘Download’ or ‘Email’
6) Click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed
(*)You can download or email multiple documents at a time.
