10. How do I cancel a request to withdraw funds from my ADDX account?

To cancel a withdrawal request:

1. Click on your ADDX Wallet
2. Select the desired currency on the left-hand panel
3. Click on the ‘Requests’ tab
4. Click ‘x’ on the withdrawal request that you wish to cancel* and click proceed.

Your withdrawal request status will be changed to ‘Cancelled’.

*If you do not see an option to click ‘x’ on the withdrawal request or if the status has been updated as “Processed”, you will no longer be able to cancel the request. Should you require further assistance, you can talk to us at team@addx.co.
