High standards of governance underpin all that we do at ADDX, including the review process conducted before listing any offering.
Our team reviews all applications to ensure that issuers and offerings meet the minimum requirements as prescribed in the Listing Rules. The Listing Rules ensure minimum standards of quality, for example as to asset size and/or operating history, towards upholding the reputation and integrity of the platform and promoting the confidence of investors.
The Listing Committee - comprising industry veterans - make the final decision on whether each offering may be approved for listing.
Admission of issuers onto the platform is not subject to the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s oversight. This process does not constitute a due diligence done on behalf of investors.
