If your deposit of digital assets to your wallet is missing, it may be due to some of the following reasons:
- Have you double checked the address your digital assets have been sent to, and ensured that it is one of your deposit addresses on ADDX? In the event that you have used the wrong deposit address, please find the solution here.

- Did you deposit the correct currency type? (For example, did you deposit Litecoin (LTC) to your Bitcoin (BTC) address?)
- Did you deposit using the native network for your transfer? We currently only support the transfer through native networks.
- Has your deposit met the required block confirmations? We currently require 6 block confirmations for Bitcoin network and 20 block confirmations for Ethereum network.
