22. What happens if I deposit digital assets that are not supported on ADDX?

ADDX can only process deposits for digital assets that we support. If you have transferred digital assets that we do not support, your funds may be lost with no possibility to reverse the transaction.  

Please also avoid using the send address generated by ADDX as a receiving address. For example, if you send ETH from your ADDX account to another wallet, the sender address used by ADDX is associated with our operational wallets and not necessarily the wallet associated with your account. If you try to send ETH back to that sender address, it may not be credited to your account.
